If you’re not happy with Theraworx Relief, we will provide you with a full refund minus shipping and handling. Simply contact our customer service department at [email protected] or 888-282-7353 within 30 days of receiving your product, and provide the following information:

    • Your order number
    • Your name, address and phone number
    • Why you are not satisfied with the product
